Meatless Hurdles Efforts to guilt people into switching from meat to meat substitutes may have more hurdles than have been commonly understood. Consumer focus work by the RISE Research Institutes of Sweden’s Bioeconomy & Health revealed some notable consumer attitudes toward switching from the real to the contrived.
