It is even possible that the cumulative December/January total may see Brazil exporting more wheat than Argentina. In December, Argentina exported 0.85 MMT versus the 0.805 MMT from Brazil. Although rains at the end of the crop cycle partly affected the quality of Brazilian wheat, the country ended up with a great season.
