The New Agro Dollar Finally, the government confirmed a new agricultural exchange rate – the “agro dollar” program, from which soybeans are excluded. The following products are subject to a higher exchange rate (340 ARS/USD) until 31 August 2023: corn, barley, sunflower, malt, and regional economies. For reference, the official exchange rate is around 271 ARS/USD, while financial dollars are at 530 ARS/USD, and the parallel market is at 540 ARS/USD.
