Mercosur Regional Analysis

Weather Argentina saw continued rainfall throughout last week and so far during October, nearly all of the country’s agricultural regions experienced at least some precipitation. In areas like the Nucleus Region, totals have even exceeded historical averages for October. This rainfall has generally restored soil moisture levels across the country, with only the south and southeast of Buenos Aires Province still facing topsoil moisture shortages.Argentina has endured three consecutive years of intense drought, and this level of moisture in soil profiles has not been seen for some time. Infrastructure investment due diligence

On behalf of a Canadian oilseed processer WPI's team provided market analysis, econometric modeling and financial due diligence in support of a $24 million-dollar investment in a Ukrainian crush plant. Consistent with WPI's findings, local production to supply the plant and the facility's output have expanded exponentially since the investment.
