Mediterranean/Middle East/North Africa/Africa – MEA Region Saudi Agricultural and Livestock Investment Company (SALIC) has increased its ownership in Olam Agri from 35 percent to 80 percent with an option to buy the remaining shares within three years. Olam Agri is Singapore-based with annual sales of about $ 24 billion. Saudi Arabia’s Arabian Company for Agriculture, a major poultry company, will be offering 30 percent of its shares in its IPO, initial public offering, at $13.33 per share.
