Electoral Defeats May Cause Argentine Peronists to Revisit Export Restrictions Midterm congressional primary elections were held on Sunday in Argentina. The results saw the left of center Front for All group of Peronists headed by President Alberta Fernandez capture 30 percent of the vote while the center-right Together for Change coalition captured 38 percent. The Together for Change coalition won the key Buenos Aires province that normally votes for the leftist Peronists. Midterm elections will be held in November.
