Argentine Soymeal Headed to U.S. Despite expectations that the U.S. will have a record volume of soybeans at the end of August, the NBSA shipping agency in Argentina reported last week that cargoes (92,178 MT) of Argentine soymeal are now headed there. Assuming the agency’s data is accurate, the most likely destination for the soymeal shipments is the discharge facility in Wilmington, North Carolina that is owned by a consortium of swine and poultry producers located in the eastern part of the state.
