The change is temporary as the 6-15 day outlook calls for a return to heat and dryness and thus more stress for Brazil’s soybeans. For the week, January soybeans are down nearly 10-cents , putting them below the 100-day MA but still above the one-month low of 1297/bushel. Soyoil was inexplicably pressured lower by a U.S. Appeals Court ruling saying the Biden Administration must consider waiving biofuel blending requirements for small refineries. The ruling mostly affects ethanol since refineries are making money from biodiesel.
