Soy Export Sales Highlights Today’s USDA/FAS weekly export sales report continued to show low U.S. soy export sales and also a slowing down of exports because of the great increase in exports out of South America. However, there are signs demand for U.S. soy will begin to pick up in late summer. Today’s report indicated net soybean export sales in the week ending 10 June for shipment in 2020/21 totaled only 63,500 MT. Sales for shipment in 2021/22 were disappointing at only 6,500 MT. The sales for shipment in 2020/21 were mostly for Japan (15,500 MT), Colombia (15,000 MT), Indonesia (12,300 MT), Saudi Arabia (9,500 MT), and Canada (9,400 MT).
