Just as Russia reaches the point of becoming the world’s largest wheat exporter, the government is proposing imposition of an export tax in order to deliver cheaper feed grain to livestock producers. Currencies are being pushed by policymakers with values being driven lower by China, Sweden and other governments at the same time the U.S. Fed has spurred the U.S. dollar higher.
