Therefore, the Congressional Budget Committees are going to play a key legislative role through a process called reconciliation. The House Budget Chairman will remain Representative John Yarmuth (D-Kentucky) and the Senate Budget Committee Chairman will be Senator Bernie Sanders (D-Vermont).
