As a consequence, the quality premiums rose sharply in the French market. Milling Wheat The Black Sea market remained close to unchanged last week. Farmers continue to resist selling at current levels, which are close to last year's lows. Russia's reported yields are better than expected, and the crop is now estimated above 57 MMT, at least 5 MMT higher than last year. The feed wheat share is larger than last year due to the heavy rains during the harvest.
