Quality problems with the wheat crop in France and Germany will certainly reduce the EU's export potential. However, the resulting sharp drop in EU wheat exports that has been projected should be compensated by a  larger volume of shipments from Russia and Ukraine. Milling Wheat The Black Sea market in the Black Sea remained about unchanged. Russia's crop is estimated to be above 60 MMT, or at least 7 MMT higher than last year. Ukraine's crop is forecast to be 1-2 MMT greater than a year ago with quality that appears to be better than initially expected.
