The EU allocated 1.1 MMT of wheat export licenses last week, bringing the cumulated total to 11.4 MMT versus 13.6 MMT at the same time last year. The weekly volume was approximately twice the size of the previous week, mainly due to the sale of 800,000 MT to Algeria. Milling Wheat The Black Sea market is under pressure as there is not much demand for the coming months and the sales book for the first quarter of 2016 is much smaller than the export program in October-December 2015.
