The milling wheat market in Romania and Bulgaria was quite active last week as many farmers took advantage of one particular development. Meanwhile, weather conditions in both countries may have impacted the rapeseed crop there. Milling Wheat The Black Sea market was firmer last week, mainly due to the sharp rally of the French and U.S. wheat futures.
