The weather in southern Russia and Ukraine is mild for the season. The snow is melting, and vegetation will soon resume. The soil moisture in Eastern Europe is generally in line with the normal historical level. The EU has exported 12.5 MMT so far this season versus 14 MMT at the same time last year.
