State Court, House and Senate Committees All Boost Keystone

Today the House of Representatives passed a bill to authorize construction of the Keystone XL pipeline just hours after the Nebraska Supreme Court upheld the state's prior approval of the proposed route. A similar measure could see action on the Senate floor as early as next week.With the Republicans now in control of the 114th Congress and chaos in the oil markets stemming from a number of issues, energy matters will be front and center for much of the early part of the new session.
