With the 2016 election looming, tonight's State of the Union address is expected to have a sustained emphasis on the president's accomplishments. One Obama policy initiative that will gain some attention and Republican support will be the TPP,  which of course is a priority for U.S. agriculture.President Obama will deliver his final State of the Union address this evening, approximately one week earlier than is traditional.
