The Biden Administration’s “trade lite” agenda will pick up steam in 2023 as it seeks to bring to fruition rules-based changes via its Indo-Pacific Economic Framework and the Americas Partnership for Economic Prosperity. Pro-trade Rep. Ron Kind (D-Wisconsin) and Sen.
