Less than one month ago, the HRW and HRS leading contracts were at their record lows. The SRW leading contract hit its record low at the start of the marketing year. All three contracts are up as cumulative U.S. wheat export bookings are 7.3 percent ahead of the same period last year. However, the export picture changes as one looks at each class of wheat.  For example, cumulative SRW bookings are 4.7 percent below a year ago and behind the five-year average. Cumulative SRW exports are down 41.2 percent with weekly net export sales trending down. Yet, the SRW price has climbed the most from its contract low in June, up 15.6 percent.
