The DOC ruling puts pressure on U.S. biodiesel production for the remainder of the year.Today the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) announced its preliminary determination in the antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) investigations on biodiesel from Argentina and Indonesia, and it was in favor of the domestic industry. The case was filed by the National Biodiesel Board in March. The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) then started investigations in April and presented the results to the DOC in May.
