The February WASDE will be released this coming Tuesday and ahead of it USDA’s Office of the Chief of Economist (OCE) issued an explanation of how upcoming WASDE reports will integrate projections of the China trade agreement. The coronavirus situation has put some of the big expectations in doubt but that makes the monthly WASDE forecasts potentially more important. The Phase Onr deal between the U.S. and China goes into effect on 14 February, 30 days after its signing in January.
