How great have world wheat crops been? Russia, Ukraine, China, India and Canada have all had record yields in at least two of the last three years. However, the outlook for the world's 2015 crop may be different.This is wheat week, as is evident by Monday's analysis and today's. Wheat has become my focus this week for two reasons: The world wheat outlook is changing (at least in my opinion). I am speaking at the International Association of Operative Millers (IAOM) meeting in Cape Town tomorrow. Infrastructure investment due diligence

On behalf of a Canadian oilseed processer WPI's team provided market analysis, econometric modeling and financial due diligence in support of a $24 million-dollar investment in a Ukrainian crush plant. Consistent with WPI's findings, local production to supply the plant and the facility's output have expanded exponentially since the investment.
