Cortney Zimmerman joined WPI in January as the Communications Manager. In this role, she supports the editing, production, and publication of the firm’s market analysis and written reports, working closely with analysts to ensure clarity, consistency, and technical accuracy across WPI’s global coverage. She also manages digital and social media content and contributes to broader client-facing communications and organizational outreach.
Cortney brings experience in agricultural communications, stakeholder engagement, and leadership development across the agricultural and food systems sectors. Prior to joining WPI, she worked with Bayer North America and the National FFA Organization, supporting communications strategy, content development, and large-scale leadership programming.
She previously served as National FFA Central Region Vice President, representing more than 850,000 students and contributing to organizational governance and strategic initiatives at the national level.
Cortney holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources from Oklahoma State University, with a major in Agricultural Communications and minors in Agribusiness and Economics.
