The rains will notably include southern Spain, Italy, the Balkans, and parts of Bulgaria and Romania. The following week also features widespread rains for Spain, southern Europe, and the Black Sea. Temperatures, however, will turn warmer in the 8-14-day outlook and offset some of the rains’ benefit. Consistent with WPI's findings, local production to supply the plant and the facility's output have expanded exponentially since the investment.
