One of the biggest issues in agriculture over the past half a dozen years has been the Waters of the United States (WOTUS) rule – and more generally, the definition of wetlands has been a top issue for decades. Yesterday the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) said they would hear one of the cases filed against the WOTUS rule – specifically the ruling of the 9th Federal Circuit Court in the Sackett v. EPA case.
