The EPA Considers Sorghum for Cellulosic

The National Sorghum Producers (NSP) had asked that the EPA conduct an evaluation to determine which biofuels category (including cellulosic ethanol) could accept sorghum.For those without a New Year's party to attend, the U.S. EPA provided some alternative entertainment as it published a request in the Federal Register on 31 December for public comment on its analysis of the Lifecycle Greenhouse Gas Emissions for Renewable Fuels Produced from Biomass Sorghum. This comment period ends 31 January 2015.
