WASDE Soybean

USDA estimates that U.S. soybean supply and use changes in the April WASDE include lower imports, higher seed use, and lower ending stocks. With soybean crush and exports unchanged, ending stocks are projected at 895 million bushels, down 5 million.  The 2018/19 global oilseed supply and demand forecasts include increased production, lower exports, and increased stocks compared to last month. Forecasting developments in production agriculture

On behalf of a private U.S. agricultural technology provider, WPI’s team generated an econometric model to forecast the movement of concentrated corn production north and west from the traditional U.S. Corn Belt.
